Meeting the conditions as described in the ISO 9001:2015 standard, with the aim of guaranteeing and continuously improving the Quality Management System, helps us with this.<\/p>\n<p>The ISO 9001 is a concept in almost every sector: an internationally recognized standard in the field of quality management. This provides guidelines with which a good quality management system must comply. The ISO 9001:2015 specifies requirements for an organization&#8217;s quality management system. Developed to help companies create processes that meet the highest standards of quality and responsibility.<br \/>\nIn addition, it aims to increase customer satisfaction, including the continuous improvement of processes that meet customer requirements and the requirements of applicable laws and regulations.<\/p>\n<p>VTE Smartersolutions stands for quality. To guarantee quality and to continuously improve ourselves, VTE has drawn up a policy statement (to be requested via: henrieke@vte-smartersolutions.com) and we are ISO 9001 certified.
