De VTE Basic Open Composiet Verdeler is speciaal ontwikkeld voor moderne laagtemperatuur verwarmings- en koelsystemen tot 50°C. Dankzij de modulaire constructie van glasvezelversterkt polyamide combineert deze verdeler een laag gewicht met hoge sterkte en een lange levensduur. Hierdoor is de verdeler eenvoudig te installeren en uitstekend bestand tegen dagelijks intensief gebruik.

Met de standaard draaibare 1” primaire kogelkranen en omkeerbare aanvoer- en retourbalken biedt de verdeler maximale flexibiliteit tijdens de montage. Dankzij de mogelijkheid voor vierzijdige aansluitingen is de verdeler geschikt voor uiteenlopende installaties en situaties.

De VTE composiet stadsverwarmingverdelers zijn modulair van opbouw en met zowel Wilo of Grundfos pomp leverbaar. Deze verdeler is compleet samengebouwd en geschikt voor hoofd- en bijverwarming, afgeperst op 6 bar en vervaardigd van hoogwaardige glasvezel versterkte polyamide zwart composiet en wordt geleverd van 2 tot en met 12 groepen. De primaire aansluitingen (aanvoer en retour) bevinden zich standaard aan de rechter bovenzijde. De verdelers hebben de mogelijkheid om ook aan de linker- en of onderzijde te worden aangesloten. De verdeler is standaard uitgerust met ingebouwde keerklep, RTL ventiel, motoriseerbare thermostatische ventielen (M30x1,5), en instelbare flowmeters.

VTE composiet hybride verdeler

De VTE Hybride verdeler is ontwikkeld voor installaties waarin grote fluctuaties kunnen optreden in primaire aanvoertemperaturen. De verdeler kenmerkt zich door een extra temperatuur gestuurd ventiel welke zorg draagt voor een goede werking van het vloerverwarming systeem ongeacht of er een aanvoertemperatuur is van bijv. 40°C of 70°C. Het systeem zorgt ervoor dat bij een vooringestelde waarde de mengverdeler veranderd in een hydraulisch actieve verdeler zonder bijmenging van retourwater.

The VTE composite district heating manifolds are modular in construction and available with either Wilo or Grundfos pump. This distributor is completely assembled and suitable for main and auxiliary heating, pressurized to 7 bar and made of high quality fiberglass reinforced polyamide black composite and is supplied from 2 to 12 groups. The primary connections (supply and return) are located on the top right side as standard. The manifolds have the option of also being connected on the left and/or bottom side. The distributor is standard equipped with built-in check valve, additional primary supply valve with 230V thermal motor, motorizable thermostatic valves (M30x1.5), and adjustable flow meters.
