De VTE composiet stadsverwarmingverdelers zijn modulair van opbouw en met zowel Wilo of Grundfos pomp leverbaar. Deze verdeler is compleet samengebouwd en geschikt voor hoofd- en bijverwarming, afgeperst op 6 bar en vervaardigd van hoogwaardige glasvezel versterkte polyamide zwart composiet en wordt geleverd van 2 tot en met 12 groepen. De primaire aansluitingen (aanvoer en retour) bevinden zich standaard aan de rechter bovenzijde. De verdelers hebben de mogelijkheid om ook aan de linker- en of onderzijde te worden aangesloten. De verdeler is standaard uitgerust met ingebouwde keerklep, RTL ventiel, motoriseerbare thermostatische ventielen (M30x1,5), en instelbare flowmeters.

The VTE composite district heating manifolds are modular in construction and available with either Wilo or Grundfos pump. This distributor is completely assembled and suitable for main and auxiliary heating, pressurized to 7 bar and made of high quality fiberglass reinforced polyamide black composite and is supplied from 2 to 12 groups. The primary connections (supply and return) are located on the top right side as standard. The manifolds have the option of also being connected on the left and/or bottom side. The distributor is standard equipped with built-in check valve, additional primary supply valve with 230V thermal motor, motorizable thermostatic valves (M30x1.5), and adjustable flow meters.

SLIM district heating manifold Grundfos-2 standard

The district heating manifold is assembled according to the requirements of the energy supplier. The manifold is equipped with:

Energy-efficient A-Label Grundfos pump
The central heating supply is equipped with a thermostatic valve with control element adjustable from 10°C to 60°C
The return is equipped with a foot valve with thermostat 10°C to 60°C.
Air vent 3/8
The group valve is a thermostatic valve M30 x1.5 prepared with Euroconis.
Maximum security
Temperature gauge and pressure gauge
Each group has a 3/4”eurocone connection
Filling and draining valve (also possible in the return arm)
