The policy of our organization is aimed, among other things, at achieving continuous improvement and meeting the requirements of laws and regulations. Meeting the conditions as described in the ISO 9001:2015 standard, with the aim of guaranteeing and continuously improving the Quality Management System, helps us with this.

The ISO 9001 is a concept in almost every sector: an internationally recognized standard in the field of quality management. This provides guidelines with which a good quality management system must comply. The ISO 9001:2015 specifies requirements for an organization’s quality management system. Developed to help companies create processes that meet the highest standards of quality and responsibility.
In addition, it aims to increase customer satisfaction, including the continuous improvement of processes that meet customer requirements and the requirements of applicable laws and regulations.
