All models of VTE manifolds are now also available with dynamic thermostatic valves. As every installer knows by now, there is much to be gained from a properly controlled installation. Dynamic instead of static control brings more balance in the installation and can provide significant energy savings.
The principle is simple, you never heat more liters than strictly necessary according to the transmission loss calculation. The dynamic valves built in by VTE continuously regulate the preset flow rate over the group in question. Therefore, if pressure differences occur in the installation due to, for example, valves opening or closing due to a zone control, the preset flow rate is guaranteed.
From 2020 it is mandatory to regulate, unfortunately this is still done too little but the better installer understands the added value of this and knows how to explain/sell this to the consumer. To ensure the long-term proper operation of the fine mechanical dynamic valves, we recommend to install a good dirt separator in the installation.
