Earlier this year we introduced a new completely in-house developed composite manifold with and without pump. Following this, we also launched our own composite district heating manifold with built-in check valve and RTL valve.
Increasingly, energy suppliers are offering district cooling in addition to district heating. We also offer a turnkey solution for this with our composite distributors. The distributors are then equipped with, among other things, double supply valves and, depending on the primary installation, also with a heat exchanger set.
In addition to the above application, all types of VTE manifolds, both steel and composite, can be equipped with a heat exchanger set including expansion tank. The great advantage of this extension is that one can apply underfloor heating in situations that were otherwise impossible such as, for example, ramp heating, systems with non-diffusion-tight pipes or high-rise installations where pressure separation is necessary.
Manifolds with heat exchangers are available up to 16 group. In addition, you can visit our “specials” department where customer specific models can be built with a short lead time.
